The Supra Advantage Express System is a patented electronic KeyBox system that offers three advantages over traditional lockbox systems:

Security: The KeyBox, controlled electronically, uses codes to allow access by authorized personnel only. In addition, it controls the hours during which an agent may enter a property and validates access privileges.
Convenience: Agents can use all KeyBoxes in the system with their own secret four-digit PIN code.
Recording: The Supra Advantage Express system records each card that uses the KeyBox, also the date and time of each access.

How Does the System Work? The SuperCard, programmed to control KeyBox access and operation is a highly secure system. When showing a property, the Agent enters the correct code into the SuperCard and places the SuperCard in the KeyBox. The KeyBox will open and give the Agent access to the property key.

After the Agent has finished their showing, the key gets replaced in the container and the Agent then replaces the key container in the KeyBox. As an extra security measure, SuperCards expires every 30 days and Agents have to update it with a new code to renew their access privileges.

Realtors may also transmit listing activity information from their KeyBox to the central computer system via their SuperCards. Once the KeyBox information gets transmitted from the KeyBox to the central computer, Agents may request written and verbal reports on listing activity.
