Construction Photos...

Wouldn't it be nice to tuck the kids in bed and leisurely check the progress of your newly constructed home?

Building a new home is a very exciting time.  A time you might want to share with friends and family who can't visit the construction site.

Or, as you travel to other parts of the country, wouldn't it be convenient to access your home's progress via the internet?

As part of Marlene's many services to you, photos are taken of your home as it is being constructed.  The photos are posted on the web site for you and your friends and family to enjoy.

What's your home doing today?

Even after moving in, you can still enjoy watching your home being built !
(Marlene keeps your photos on her site for 6 months after you move in!)

Who's representing YOU?

There is no cost to the buyer for representation by a buyer agent when purchasing either a resale home or new construction.  In fact, normally, the builders include the commission in the initial cost of developing the lots.  The reason for this, is that it is your right in Virginia to be represented by an agent.

Marlene's goal is to eliminate her buyer's concern and alleviate unnecessary fears by educating them and being involved every step of the way.  Whether it is giving an opinion on location of lots, which options add to resale value or just being a professional sounding board, her contribution can be invaluable.

We try to make the building process less stressful for you by helping you every step of the way.  You are represented by us, but the sales commission is paid by the builder.  Randy Baugh is in charge of our homes under construction and takes pictures of your property every few weeks.  Photos are available on our website for clients to see.  Either Marlene or Scotti will attend your meetings with the builder including pre-start of construction, pre-drywall and final walk through.  During construction, Randy attends the pre-drywall and final inspection meetings with you and the home inspector.  Also, she will be involved with complicated financing and answering your questions.  In difficult situations with builders, Marlene's involvement often makes a major difference on the final result.  Marlene will be with you at settlement...every step of the way.

If you are thinking of purchasing a newly constructed or a resale home, let Marlene's expertise guide you through the process.  Call today to meet with Marlene so you can get started!
