After residing in Great Falls for over 23 years, Marlene and her husband moved to nearby River Creek in Leesburg to enjoy a home on The Bluffs of the Potomac River overlooking the River Creek Golf Course. As a result, Marlene has an in-depth knowledge of Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

Randy Baugh Marlene & Randy have been married for 44 years and have two children: Ted and Heather. Until September, 2002, Randy had enjoyed a successful career in Federal sales in the Telecommunications industry. Since his retirement, Randy obtained his real estate license and joined The Baugh Team. His duties include technical expertise of Marlene's office computers and equipment, tours all homes to replenish brochures, pickup agent cards and tours all new construction to check on their progress and attends and participates in the home inspections. Finally, Randy acts as a Buyer Broker in showing homes to clients. Randy's many years of sales experience and avid interest in construction add a unique combination to the team. To

Scotti Hudziak The Baugh Team clients are thrilled with Scotti’s enthusiasm and consistent communication. Scotti is an expert in recognizing quality in a home, understanding our clients’ specific needs, writing successful contracts, and negotiating the best deal possible. She stays apprised of new and existing communities of all price ranges in Northern Virginia. Formerly a middle school teacher, Scotti has plenty of patience, and she guides our clients throughout the entire home-buying process. Along with the rest of the Baugh Team, Scotti is not just there for you until closing; she follows up with every client for months just to be sure everything is to your satisfaction. In addition to working with buyers, Scotti is involved in our listings, hosting open houses, and upon request, she loves to stage our listings! Perhaps because she's the niece of Marlene and Randy, and the daughter of Pat, Scotti has real estate flowing through her veins! Her next professional goal is to obtain her real estate license in the state of Maryland. Pat
Sellers Pat is a licensed real estate agent and Marlene's sister. With over 25 years in Human Resources and Real Estate Banking, Pat knows how to treat people. She understands what it takes to please her clients, because customer service is her main goal. From the moment she meets her clients, Pat listens to what they require in the sale or purchase of their new home. Together with The Baugh Team, Pat guarantees that she will do her best to ensure that all of her clients have a rewarding real estate experience. After residing in Maryland for most of her life, Pat moved to Leesburg, Virginia in 2000. She joined The Baugh Team in 2002 as a Buyers Agent, and is certified in Short Sales & Foreclosures and Senior Housing (homes for clients 55+). Pat is the mother of two daughters, Katy and Scotti, and has two grandchildren - Sophie, two years old, and Lochlan two months old. Pat enjoys walking, gardening and decorating. To

Anita D'Ermes As Office Manager and as a Listing and Contract Care Specialist, you will have the pleasure of working with Anita. Once your home is listed, she enters your home in the MRIS and prepares and sets up marketing plans. Once your home goes under contract, Anita monitors and tracks all contingencies and ensures they are met on time. She follows up with the lender and settlement attorney, schedules and tracks inspections (termite, well & septic, radon and home inspections, etc.), appraisals and settlements, until your home goes to closing. Anita also handles general office duties such as database management, computer/paperwork preparation and handling of phone calls to free Marlene to focus on her clients.

Mary Anne
Carbone From the moment of listing, Mary Anne is available to assist in the marketing of your home every step of the way. In addition, Mary Anne conducts a pre-listing walk-through to assist you in preparing your home for sale. She prepares the brochures and MLS sheet. She obtains the plat, floor plan and all the home's features. Mary Anne creates the virtual tours, takes photographs, prepares statistical reports and keeps in frequent communication with the sellers. In preparation of putting your home on the market and after a home inspection, Mary Anne schedules and works closely with subcontractors to ensure work is done as specified and in a timely fashion. She will even meet contractors at your home if your schedule is too busy! |
